Absences

Please report necessary absences* on the studio voicemail, (765) 674-2346.

Your child’s attendance is imperative to the progress of the entire class, therefore, excessive absences may affect class (or individual) participation in ministry events. We do not offer make-up classes. Reminder, mandatory Saturday Sessions begin in April, which are our pre-recital rehearsals held at FIM. 

 

Studio Closings

Class cancellations due to weather will follow the MCS closings and will be posted on FIM’s social media.

 

Holiday Shutdown 2025-2026

• Fall Break: Oct 20-24
• Thanksgiving Break: Nov 24-28
• Christmas Break: Dec 15 – Jan 4
• Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day: Jan 19
• President’s Day: Feb 16
• Spring Break: Mar 23 – 27

 

Withdrawal Procedures

Our classes and recital choreography are developed each year based on student enrollment. If you wish to discontinue classes, the parent (or financially responsible party) must email Mrs. RaChelle to request a withdrawal form and settle any remaining balance on the students’ account on or before November 1st OR the entire year tuition will be due. If the November 1st deadline is met, the parent is only held financially responsible for the amount of weeks the student was actually enrolled, regardless of attendance.
